Join us at the festival hub to celebrate the opening of IBT13
Toast the appearance of Fake Moon on College Green, get the lowdown on the festival and celebrate the artworks ahead.
At around 7pm we head over to Arnolfini for live performances from Reckless Sleepers and Tim Etchells, before returning to the Hub for late night drinks and some special interventions.
