What is the best way to experience the Summit?

The best way to experience the three day Summit is with a 1 or 3 day pass for just £45-£95 (+ booking fee).

Can I buy tickets for individual events?

Yes, tickets are also available for individual performances, talks and workshops.

Do you offer concession tickets?

Concessions are available for: students, over 60s, benefits recipients, registered disabled, artists, people living within our We Are Bristol project locations including Lawrence Weston, Easton, Lawrence Hill and Knowle West.

You will need to bring proof of your concession with you.

Do you offer a discount for group bookings?

We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 10 and over. Please email [email protected] with your booking requirements and we will be in touch to assist you.

Where do I book my tickets?

Tickets are available through Eventbrite only, please go to the event pages under the Summit programme for further information.

For ease of booking with Eventbrite please set up an account, particularly when booking multiple tickets. If you have any queries about your booking please email [email protected]

Should I expect to pay a booking fee?

Ticket fees, in addition to the ticket price, are added by Eventbrite to cover service fees and payment processing fees.

In Between Time does not make any income from these fees and we have negotiated a reduced rate to keep prices down.

How will I receive my tickets?

You will be emailed your tickets once you have booked. There is no need to print this email, you can just show it on your phone or other device upon arrival to the venue.

Paperless ticketing goes towards supporting our aim to become a more environmentally sustainable organisation.

I bought merchandise with my ticket, where do I collect it from?

If you bought any merchandise with your Summit Pass, this will be available for collection from the box office during the Summit (11-13 October) and will not be shipped in advance of the event.

Is there anything else I need to know?

You will receive a reminder email nearer the date of the event including any specific instructions you may need.

Please note that all seating is unreserved and the Summit takes place across multiple venues.

We ask all attendees to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before each show, and you will need to present your Eventbrite confirmation email at the door.
