Thorny build provocative platforms and inclusive spaces for outsiders in Bristol and beyond
‘….where weirdness, queerness, performance and art combine to make something truly challenging and spectacular' AUDIENCE MEMBER
Founded in 2015 in the back of a Bristolian pub with a small but eager crowd, Thorny was set up to create safe, welcoming spaces for diverse people to experience extraordinary art together.
For one incredible night, Thorny and In Between Time come together to create an artist-led immersive party in the unique surroundings of the Arts Mansion on the Ashton Court Estate, an 11th Century Manor House and 580 acre estate of deer park and gardens.
Join queer artists from across the UK to reimagine the club as a radically inclusive space of hope, care and connection.
‘At a time when the spaces we share are under threat and our communities are under attack, we are really anticipating joining IBT in imagining a better future.' JO BLIGH, THORNY ARTISTIC DIRECTORBUY SUMMIT PASS
